Staging That Moves Buyers

Selling a home comes with plenty of moving parts—staging shouldn’t be one of them. Our team creates warm, intentional, market-ready spaces that help buyers instantly understand the home and imagine themselves living there. With years of experience and a proven record of faster, stronger sales, we stage with purpose to support your biggest investment and set your listing up for success.

WHO WE SERVE

For Realtors

We view our Realtor partners as collaborators in helping clients reach their goals. In a competitive market, staging gives your listings the edge they need—photos look sharper, online traffic increases, and showings convert with more confidence. Our team highlights a home’s best features, supports your pricing strategy, and elevates the overall client experience. We handle the staging logistics start to finish so you can focus on what you do best: building relationships and closing sales.

For Homeowners

Preparing your home for sale can feel overwhelming. We’re here to make the process smoother, clearer, and far less stressful. Our staging brings warmth, flow, and visual clarity to every room, helping buyers instantly connect and understand the true value of your home. We highlight strengths, neutralize distractions, and present your home in a way that leads to stronger offers—so you can move confidently into your next chapter.

For Builders

Empty homes don’t sell the vision—staging does. We work alongside builders to transform new construction into warm, livable spaces that help buyers instantly understand the potential of each room. From model homes to quick-move-in properties, our staging helps accelerate sales and strengthen presentation. It’s a strategic layer that elevates your work and supports buyers in making confident decisions.

FAQs

Do you stage Occupied Homes?

How long do I get to keep the inventory?

2

The average inventory rental period is 60 days.

What does your pricing look like?

3

  • Onsite consultation: $300

  • Staging services: $2,000

  • Inventory rental: $300–$500 per room on average, depending on the scale and size of the home.
*Please note that applicable taxes will also be applied to all services.

When do I pay the invoice?

4

A 50% deposit is due the day the contract is signed, and the remaining balance is due on the day of staging.

What time will the team arrive on staging day?

5

Our team typically arrives between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. A message will be sent to the agent on the day of staging once the team is on the way.

What is your turnaround time to stage?

6

Depending on the market season, we are typically booked out 1–2 weeks in advance.

Can I renew my contract after the 60 days?

7

Yes, contract renewals are generally available after the initial 60-day period. However, during the spring market, we may not be able to extend renewals due to high demand for inventory.

If my house is occupied and I cannot move furniture from the pre-staging tasks, can your team help?

8

Yes, we’re happy to help. Depending on how much furniture needs to be moved, an additional fee may be applied to your invoice. If it’s just a few smaller pieces, we’re typically happy to accommodate moving them on the day of staging.
